<aside> 👉 We have created a bursary which everyone in our network can apply for. Here we explain the types of mental and emotional health support which you can access if you feel that you need it, the amount you can apply for and the process to follow.
We are open to hearing suggestions for support which might not be covered here, noting this is intended as a guide. Everyone is welcome to apply for support according to their need. In the eventuality that the fund has depleted we will communicate to the network that we are closing the offer until extra resource can be found. We are trusting that our value of curiosity will guide how we approach this experiment
The fund is now reopened until the 14th of November 2025.

<aside> ❤️ We recognise that sometimes work can be overwhelming and that often the demands of both work and life cannot be separated. Everybody needs support to cope with the multiple challenges which being a human can present.
The intention here is to create a framework for holding each other with care, ensuring that our value of love is woven into the way in which we work, in recognition that sometimes we all need a helping hand. There is no ‘one size fits all’ approach to mental and emotional wellbeing. We all start from where we are and are committed to looking out for one another, and to making support available in ways that recognise different needs.”
Following the racist riots in August 2024 we felt it was time to explore opportunities to support wellbeing in the network. This still feels necessary following the continued rise of violence and unjust political decisions targeting racialised and minoritised people globally.
This approach also aligns with our value of equity, as we encourage every person to seek tailored support according to their own needs. Everyone needs will be different, because each person is unique.
